Delivery
All orders received will be dispatched the next working day (depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation). Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). During promotional periods please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Bondi Sands will not be held responsible for refunding items lost, damaged or stolen during transit.

USA Delivery
Retail Orders

Standard Delivery (UPS, 3-5 business days) is FREE for all orders over $50, otherwise a flat rate of $5 applies.

Express Delivery (UPS, 1-3 business days) is also available - flat rate of $10 applies.
Professional Orders

Please Note
Orders destined for P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. Orders destined for APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date and may not be eligible for express service. Delivery for some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days and may not be eligible for express service.
Please note there may be the occasional customs or courier delay which could affect the delivery timeframe.
All orders are sent via courier and are fully trackable; It is suggested that you provide a delivery address where a person will be available to accept your delivery between 9 – 5pm. Otherwise your parcel will be re-directed to the nearest post office/depot for collection. All orders are dispatched by the next business day and delivered within 7 business days. Delivery during peak periods such as Public Holidays, Christmas and promotional periods can experience longer delivery times.
In the event of a dispute between Bondi Sands and its customer about an order made on the bondisands.com website, the data registered by Bondi Sands will be conclusive proof of the details of the transaction.
